Keep a Happy Thought for Me?

I am still hurting.  A lot.  The depression and anxiety are still bad.  My patience is almost non-existent.

I am going to the doctor on Monday and the therapist on Thursday.  I'm really hoping for some relief and/or direction by the end of the week.  I'm kind of at the edge of what I can take.

Keep a happy thought for me?

I just lost my mother a month ago today and I feel exactly the same way you do. I think I'll have to speak to a grief counselor just so,I,can try to,feel some type of normalcy. I also need to pray for guidance and I will include your struggle in those prayers. #SITSsharefest

Got you in my thoughts and prayers. Time goes forward, so will you. The journey may not be the one you want but there are moments of comfort and clarity. Enjoy them when you are in those moments.
