Being There

Sometimes it's just about being there when someone else needs you.  And listening with your heart.

I'm so grateful for all the people who were there for me and listened to me.
I'm so grateful for all the people who let me be there for them and trust me enough to speak when it's so difficult.

That's what it's about.

So very true.
For me, I love when people confide in me. It makes me feel almost honored..I don't know why but I think I have that innate thing in me to want to help.

Thats why God created more than one, we are supposed to be there for each other. Thank God for people who are always there.

I'm glad that my friends feel comfortable to come to me in a time of crisis. My closest friends were there for me when I needed them and I figure the best way to repay them is being there for them. Stopping by from #SITSsharefest

{Melinda} So true. The older I get the more I think that's the case. We can't solve all the problems, but we can listen and let someone know they're not alone. It feels like a little when we're doing it, but it's actually alot.

I would be totally lost without my posse of girlfriends. It is because of their love and support, as well as honesty when I didn't really want to hear it that I am sane today. Well as sane as I can be! I found your blog today from #SITSsharefest and glad I did. Keep talking, and keep sharing... that way you don't ever feel alone.

I totally agree. Even knowing that my friends will be there for me when I need them is comforting. We need to be reminded of these little but very important things, so thank you for your thoughtful post.

I read your other posts. You have been through so much--not sure how you handle it all! I think I would have dissolved into a puddle by now, but you sound like a strong person. Thats good! Keep fighting for yourself--you owe it to yourself!

your true pals will want to share in the glory in your life and be there for you in tough times. I could count on my hands those that have really been there thru thick and thin and I thank god for them every day.

There are certain people the two of us know and our hearts break for them. I want so desperately to help them but I know Heavenly Father hasn't set me up to do that. I'm not at that place to help them. I'm so very grateful that they can come to you. Seriously, you are an answer to my prayers for these special woman. I can see how the Lord taught you (through very hard lessons) to be the friend others would need. What a strong and amazing woman! Thanks for being the friend I just can't be right now.
